The Grand Barn - Essex
Villiers Barn is one of the grandest Grade II listed barns to be converted in Essex and still today, it presents itself with historic charm, as well as, modern appeal. The fully restored, seven-bay barn will play host in celebrating your memorable day with your loved ones.
From the moment you arrive at the long tree-lined drive you are met with the Georgian house standing grand at its head. As you make your way up the path the secluded spaces at the heart of this magnificent estate will have you visualising the most important day of your life. Villiers Barn combines the traditional with the modern offering you the ideal elements to create the perfect venue for your wedding.
Ceremony Room - Essex
Villiers Barn is fully registered to host civil ceremonies in our converted ceremony room.
The ceremony room has been converted from its original stable block, into a light and airy contemporary space. It is attached but separate from the main barn to enhance even more excitement when walking through for your wedding breakfast.

Bridal Suite - Essex
The former coach house has been transformed into a beautiful bridal suite, which sits between a delightful courtyard and swimming pool – all perfect for photo opportunities. It is a great place for you to get ready with your bridal party! It consists of a kitchenette, a stylish bathroom with shower and has two light and airy sitting rooms where the bridal party can get ready including seating, mirrors and a dressing table. One of which overlooks the swimming pool courtyard and is the perfect place to get ready with your close ones for your special wedding day.
The Coach House is located 25 yards from the Grand Barn and Ceremony Room, and offers private parking for the bridal party only. The suite overlooks the grounds of Villiers Barn and the lakes.
Honeymoon Lodge - Essex
Our overnight accommodation is offered for the wedding couple within the Honeymoon Lodge. The bedroom overlooks our tranquil lakes and is the perfect place to spend your first night as a married couple. A continental breakfast is also offered the next day for the newlyweds.
The Honeymoon Lodge is located near the Grand Barn and Ceremony Room, and offers private parking for the newlyweds only.
